ICAO Compliance Checklists (CC) are used for the Electronic Filing of Differences (EFOD) to Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) as published in Annexes to the Chicago Convention. These checklists contain the following kinds of paragraphs:

  • Definition
  • Standard
  • Recommendation
  • Note

In addition to standards and recommended practices, additional information can be provided in Appendices and/or Attachments to the checklist. ICAO marks these chapters and paragraphs as ‘reference only’ and no filing of difference is required.
